Proto-Pasta included this material in my recent order without any label on the sample. I was not sure what this material was. In fact its quite possible its brass composite but due to the olive greenish color, I’m going to assume it’s bronze. I thought this material was left over Pine scented HTPLA and however while printing I didn’t notice any smell.

The material also appears matte but its surface is not as rough as matte HTPLA. In the end the print came out well and I was impressed with the ease of print. The resulting print weighs twice as much as the same print in normal HTPLA. The print is also able to be polished and shined. I have not done any post processing yet but I plan to update this post soon. Proto-Pasta sells filament in 500g size on a cardboard spool. This material is not available yet, but it will appear on the page linked below when it is available. The last photo is the part brushed for 20 minutes with a brass brush to try to bring out some of the shine.
